OctoBox: solo forms look so much cooler alone then in public but there's a right of passage "look i'm viable still" type of thing. the greatest "reality" fighters who've never heard their name nor do they train a "style." i teach my students how to fight, i give them sparring drills and everyone comes up with their own form of shadow boxing. i ask them to show me alone what they've developed. shadow boxing is impromptu and if imagination is strong a great tool for sparring.	kn10518: really great from, and power, well, most people will say what the hell do i know, but if anyone want to know what i mean, send me an email. i will explain in detail. but this sifu perform this form really great. and ty for posting this video
