| SeaSharkGull: soul76can where are you based because maybe somebody on youtube can suggest someone teaching near you. otherwise,of course .you will just have to come to england | soul76can: i practiced goju ryu karate as a youth and obtained my green belt. i really enjoyed it but the dojo i went to had a sensei that let the business get in the way of the teachings and it fell to pieces with the majority of students leaving and the dojo eventually closing. shame because i would really like to get back into things but don't know of a dojo in my area that teaches the goju ryu style. i wish i could find a sense like the one here in this video. |

| karatekydsyd: the sanchin stance on both of them is off. guy on the left has to not have his toes pointed in so much and guy on the right needs to point them in a bit more. the outside lines of your feet should both be parallel and pointing straight. but the breathing sounds like they are doing it properly which is good. | DementedDegsy: then you are a antediluvian invertebrate ow about that one then i still stand by my comments shanchin isn't bad but it could be much better |
