asianboi1004: djeikop its strictly self defense not very effective in terms of cage fighting and rules but krav maga is one of the best self defense outside the mma cage disarms improved striking skills and very simple attacks makes u not forget when ur adraneline is pumping and they teach u how to defend urself when ur dazed and confused which is the best thing ever in my opinion alot of groin strikes but its also typically brutal like throat ripping and stomping on someones face but still good.	LightGraffiti: and realize in a real situation he could do the techniques even faster, during demonstrations people slow down so that those who aren't very familiar with the sport can understand what is going on, if not it wouldn't always be clear to them who is "winning."

Darnulin: mrharoldb no actually he practice ninjutsu along with some kung fu:p acording to batman begins at least	fishheadinmypants: hes a great self defence artist, yet the people his is throwing around on the mats there are not fighting back and are letting him throw them around. not saying he isn't very skilled but he really is only trained for hold etc. im sure that the ufc fighters would be more than capable of defending themselves and knocking this man off his ladder because they have been trained this way. i believe they would have much more offensive training than this man here would, and it would only take one punch
jakethwaites: wow, remind me never to get this guy mad	CasualSoul: mcrat1968 yes and no i'm a six year jutsuka in a very similar style to what you see in this video. this is a self defense law enforcement style of martial art, where ufc guys train in the fighting sport fighting arts. the conflict dynamic between two equally motivated people wanting to hurt each other is vey different from defending oneself from an attacker exploding on you with no concern for their own safety. every type of training has its strength weaknesses.
