dainahkatt: best vid ive seen so far	matthewhortop: boxingbadboy77 i broke my left wrist doing judo, clean in half, then i broke my right wrist in three places, had 2 pins which have since been taken out and i still do judo. i guess an elbow is a bit more risky. i must admit, i am a bit more careful and dont like my arms being in locks
BoxingBadBoy77: fastr1337 well to be honest another thing i forgot to mention is i broke my elbow quite badly as a kid and have a metal pin in there and thus its not as strong as it once was and obviously more fragile and thats another reason why im not sure if i could take up judo.have you ever known any people who have quite severe breaks,etc still being able to practise	depkev: uau great video
