stayal1v3: shotokankaratedude89 it is come firtsd from the legs :
thelgend13: never, it will irritate the tissue around your elbow and make your punch look sloppy as hellsamoajoe15: the whole point is speed, so yeh extend the arm fully, for full power
watsucht: the core is also crucialkensvegeta4: like ure hair: tnx for the tips
NottzLawson: you don't nessersarily have to breath out like that every time you punch. unless your trying to blow away your opponent, we are told to do it every now and again.gochumonks: so would you never extend your arms fully even in a real fight or just while your practicing
LuxrayBruno123: im going to watch this every single one of yours vidios are really good :d start larning now :dviswanathproductions: very good, detailed instructions
sevensixtwomm: power comes from the ground up, feet legs hips so on so forth. yes from the hips mainly in karate tkdmagiciandeef: dutch ftw
xronisxronis: nice instructionghbtklzi: dutchboy what you do first extend your arm or rotate your fist
phoenixblazestorm: as u jab , ur chest is exposed to attacknoideaformyname: very nice instruction
plasmaampm: good instructional, all kids should be taught this punch, all fighters tooshotokankaratedude89: his explanation is good...only the power comes from the hips not the legs
voices3d: i have never done any martialarts or anything like that, but this helps a bit. if i knew this last time i got mugged i might not have hurt my hand against the robbers face. sure, i knocked him down, but my hand was swollen for a week. :p i'll try this one next time i get mugged. lolmarzbarz88: i agree that in a real life situation its much more about about much "fight you have in you" rather than how long you have been doing a martial art or whatever, but i still think its real valuable to have been through some sort of self defense training just to give you a bit more confidence in yourself in a fight. if you come across as being calm and controlled and sure of urself, then you are much more intimidating to your opponent and much more comfortable yourself.
lastfuckintime: bruce lee always used to use the vertical fist on his straight punches. enough said.29031994290: his explanation is perfect... the vertical fist provide less impact and you can break you hand too... and he is not turning his body too much because when you're in a fight, when you throw a jab you hit the oponent before turning that "much", so it does more impact :d
aljwarren: 13 when i first startedrodneyxxx: 14..when i started
ninalor: nicetomhackett: im 16 and ive been doing kickboxing for 9 months... and i was 16 when i started it...
