| ragnargrimnar: officially, yes the flag is "influenced by taoism" but nobody can deny the extreme similarity, and the fact that the modern japanese flag came first. sadly southern korea is more based on confucius, and north korea just has to follow what the dictator says is right and wrong, and yes of course there is a lot of chinese influence, but every korean i talk to says the same thing i did, and most of them came from korea, so unless if all koreans are full of it, i'm pretty sure i know what i'm saying. | Janforth04: mrdeltaninja yes and as you see once you get close kicking would be very hard. their way of placing kicks is also not good and could cause injuries. |
| MrDeltaNinja: tae kwon do is horrible, ive taken karate ju jitsu and tae kwon do and tae kwon do is ridiculous because they let 8 year olds get black belts, very untraditional. tae kwon do also focuses only on kicking as effective as it may be, 1 missed kick against someone who knows judo your dead. i have no respect for it. | MrLeefe: it is tae kwon do cause you do it fail comment. |
| Cofathesecond: pkhong972 i am sorry, but the training methods for mma, boxing thai boxing muay thai , and jiu justu catch wrestling produce significantly better fighters than something like tae kwon do though tkd is not terrible by any means and astronomically better fighters than something like aikido which is pretty terrible . also, unless the driver is a complete beginner, a modern race car will always win in a race against a centuries old vintage model t. | BlazeAlchemist991: remember people, blame the fighter not the martial art. |

| swanscombekarateCOM: the funny thing is, that the karateka isnt one of the best, he is just a normal karateka or no high standard. however that is one of the best tkd experts of wtf class. yet he gets owned. i think it goes to show how useless tkd is against any other martial art. its no wonder why you never see a tkd guy doing mma because they would get owned | wexreb: this video demonstrates the importance of spirit. the karate man had this more so than the tkd fighter. he also had a more rounded arsenal of techniques as opposed to the 'kick is king' mentality of the tkd exponent. |

| devilonthebay: i think the tkd guy fought for the first time in that rule. because the movement wasn't bad but he didn't seem to know the distance and the timing and didn't seem to know how to move because of it. for punching, professional karate tournaments always fight bare knuckles and they proved to punch just as hard as pro kickboxers and boxers so they're more used to taking shots to the bodies and have used a lot of fists in fights so they'll still have advantage even if the tkd guy used his punches. |
