Fireforge00: true, they're not sticking, but it appears to be more focused on showing how tai chi is not just this slow moving thing that's done early in the morning in parks. it has very real and practical applications. i'm not sure that i would agree that tai chi has no "blocks" only strikes though. perhaps no hard blocks, although brush past knee is a block, as is fair lady works the shuttle. i've also seen needle to the bottom of the sea as a block. absorb and redirect. : be well, all.
